Please can you describe a typical day in your role?

Hi Jessica,
I start my day with checking e-mails and our applicant tracking system and then I provide the hiring managers, colleagues and candidates with feedback. I usually push forward interview co-ordination or the preparation of documents and information needed for hiring. In addition, I check if new jobs need to be posted or any status needs to be updated. Throughout the day, I am having internal meetings with my team or hiring managers and job interviews with candidates. I train and coach new colleagues on our data base and processes and I facilitate conversations and discussions around strategic and operational tasks, salaries, on boarding etc. I usually incorporate feedback from all stakeholders and I analyse where we can optimize processes, our recruitment / HR strategy and operational work. I update our recruitment reporting and I align recruitments needs with our head quarter in France and internally. Part of my work is also employer branding, so I do posts on social media and I plan activities related to employer branding. I love my job since it is so diverse and includes so much alignment, structure and communication.
