How does SEGULA address the topic "diversity"?

Hello Josie,
SEGULA Technologies is an international company and we hire people from different backgrounds (nationality, gender etc.). More recently, we have been looking to address candidates outside Germany to support them with a job and to be able to cope with the shortage of skilled workers. We are also increasingly looking after women and diverse employees in Engineering and we try to promote female engineers internally with regard to their professional career.
